Hello and happy Friday to you! Not so happy here in my house I’m afraid, two tired kids and two tired parents to go with it. Master 4 was asleep before 6pm, Miss 6 took a bit longer and Dad is asleep too! On the upside – uninterrupted crafting time for me ๐ because you won’t believe it I’m sure when I tell you I made my cards at 6.45 tonight?! ๐ I lost half an hour cleaning the floor so I could get to my desk, which then had to be cleared but I got them made ๐
So enough about my life, exciting though it may be (hahaha!) Tonight we are presenting a blog hop featuring items from this year’s Sale-A-Bration range of products. With limited time, I decided to go for quick and easy with minimal stamping. The Tutti-Frutti Cards & Envelopes (free when you spend $90!) were unwrapped tonight. (as well as two new punches ๐ )
The cards in this pack are lovely, such bright, happy colours. And the matching envelopes are gorgeous in their own right. So, I decided to chop them up! I cut off the envelope flap and trimmed the curved ends for the larger piece of patterned paper and then punched a starburst and the new tailored tag for the sentiment.
My sentiments came from the Soft Sayings card kit set. They fit perfectly inside the tailored tag.
ย ย
Continuing with my matchy-matchy ways, I’ve used crumb cake ink for the cards with crumb cake on the starburst. And Memento black ink on the cards with black and white starbursts.

Here is the envelope carnage!
Do you like to use fancy envelopes as DSP? I do! I use my plain white envelopes to send cards and keep the fancy ones for me ๐
I’m lucky last in the official blog hop list. Next will take you to the start where you can see our guest designer, Carolyn’s beautiful creations.
Have a lovely weekend!

6:45 and you made four adorable cards – thatโs just showing off ๐ You perform well under pressure – these are awesome! A fabulous idea, although I donโt think I could bring myself to cut up the envelopes. Love me a fancy coordinating envelope.
